Solaris White 2021

Description

Clear pale gold in colour, dry white wine made from a single grape varietal organically grown here at Spring Hollow.  A delicate, light bouquet with refreshingly crisp flavours of peach, gooseberry, grapefruit and a hint of honey.

This wine pairs well with pasta dishes, light cheeses and charcuterie.  Best served chilled.
